Christian EMDR will focus on the core feelings and beliefs in a memory in order to bring core healing. To expedite things we may use Jesus in the memory as an alternative to bilateral stimulation.

Peak Psychotherapy makes use of my effective methods to heal traumatic memories and may include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to:

1. heal our emotional personal trigger points, 
2. bring healing to our own personal blocks to intimacy and
3. deal with core belief issues and relationship traumas,
